二、招聘人數
公司將在全國各大院校和社會上公開招聘15人并納入國際管培生項目進行專項培養。
三、招聘條件
（一）學歷及專業
國內院校本科及以上學歷，需取得相應的學歷與學位證書；專業不限，財務、經濟、金融、市場、法律、管理、人力資源、語言類等專業優先。應屆畢業生及往屆畢業生均可報名參加。
（二）年齡
本科學歷為25歲（含）以下、碩士學歷為28歲（含）以下、博士學歷為30歲（含）以下。
（三）學習能力
具備較強的學習能力，品學兼優，在校期間學習成績優秀，無不良行為記錄，獲得過國家獎學金、學校或學院獎學金等獎勵的人員優先。
（四）語言能力
具備較好的漢語溝通能力，能熟練使用中文進行聽說讀寫及日常的辦公。
（五）生源地
中國香港、土耳其、瑞士、阿聯酋、澳大利亞、非洲加納、比利時及其他歐盟國家。
（六）其他要求
1.持有有效護照或能代替護照的其他國際旅行證件。
2.需提供國籍所在地的無犯罪記錄證明。
3.愛國誠信、遵紀守法；身體素質良好，吃苦耐勞。

五、培養計劃

北京、海口等海航航空集團各下屬企業所在城市。
（二）工作安排
1.培養管理型及專業型人才，培養周期為2—5年，培養周期內將結合工作需要及個人意愿，安排在海航航空集團及各境內企業進行輪崗學習。
2.根據培養期間的工作表現及績效考核情況，將推薦優秀的國際管培生至海航航空集團旗下的中國香港及境外企業工作，包括ACT Airlines Inc.（MYCARGO）、MRO TEKNIK SERVIS SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI（MYT）、SR Technics Holdco 1 GmbH（SRT）、United Aviation Services FZCO（UAS）、Africa World Airlines Limited（AWA）、香港航空有限公司、香港貨運航空有限公司、金鹿（香港）公務航空有限公司、澳大利亞國際航空學校（澳洲航校）及蘇德酒店（SODEHOTEL SA）等企業工作。
