Task
To ensure the proper implementation of conducting service relevant Training for BMW Dealerships for different target groups and supporting BMW China Training Academy teams in optimizing training offer to suit dealer’s needs
Key Responsibilities
61 Adapt / update / develop service training courses based on the training requirements and delivered training concepts to suit different target groups
61 Conduct service-related training to suit different target groups
61 Organize service training, put up the requirements the trainer needs to conduct the training, forwarding this request to training organization team and making sure, that all materials are available before the training
61 Checking all training material/ tools/ systems at the training venue to make sure they are ready and can be used
61 Conduct regular feedback sessions after each training to establish more training needs and / or optimize the trainings. Also this feedback needs to be feedback to the relevant departments
61 Take an active role in broadening the training offer of BMW China Training Academy by conducting regular analysis of training needs and passing on to responsible person / team / relevant departments
61 Lead / support special projects which are supporting BMW China Training Academy's business
61 Support company in conducting training on special occasions which are aimed at internal staff
61 Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
61 University degree
61 Proficient English, German would be an advantage
61 Familiar with retail service processes, knowledge of automobile service business
61 Professional in training
61 Clear customer orientation
61 Outgoing, easy to communicate with other people
61 Familiar with all known Microsoft Office Programs
61 Representing the company
61 Willing to learn, accept feedback
61 Creative and Flexible
61 Open minded, sharing information
61 Background in service / training area, preferred in automobile industry / company training 4-6 Years
61 Experience with retail service business / training, preferred in automobile retail / wholesale service business 4-6 Years
