三、崗位職責(zé)說明

負(fù)責(zé)我院國際碩士和博士研究生的數(shù)學(xué)課程授課（全英文）以及國內(nèi)碩士和博士研究生數(shù)學(xué)課程授課（中文），以英文授課為主；主要課程包括數(shù)值分析、應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)、偏微分方程數(shù)值解等。

主要工作內(nèi)容包括：1.根據(jù)碩士及博士培養(yǎng)方案對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)課程的具體要求，制定教學(xué)計(jì)劃和教學(xué)大綱；2．負(fù)責(zé)備課和教學(xué)工作；3．布置和批改學(xué)生作業(yè),組織課外輔導(dǎo)、答疑和考試工作；4．參與學(xué)生管理與心理指導(dǎo)工作；5.負(fù)責(zé)或參與我院需要專業(yè)數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)的科研課題。

四、任職要求

1.教育背景

基礎(chǔ)數(shù)學(xué)、應(yīng)用與計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，理論基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)。

2.工作經(jīng)歷和教學(xué)資質(zhì)

具有以下經(jīng)歷和教學(xué)資質(zhì)者優(yōu)先：

（1）具有海外數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)留學(xué)背景，并取得博士學(xué)位或具有在海外高校的數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)歷；

（2）具有雙語數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)資質(zhì)證書；

（3）具有在國內(nèi)知名高校的雙語數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)歷。

3.能力素質(zhì)

1. educational background:

doctoral degree in basic mathematics, applied and computational mathematics, statistics or other related majors with solid theoretical foundation.

2. working experience and teaching qualification

priority is given to applicants who have experiences and teaching qualifications listed below:

? overseas study experiences in mathematics major with corresponding doctoral degree or mathematics teaching experience in overseas colleges or universities.

? bilingual mathematics teaching certificate

? bilingual mathematics teaching experience in famous domestic universities.
